ISGO™ Certified Facilitator/Moderator Training Course #5 - Feb 5, 19, Mar 4, 2020 (8-10 pm EST)

Summary

This group course provides 3 live online training sessions plus internship to qualify as an ISGO™ Certified Facilitator(ICF) and/or Certified Moderator(ICM). ICF completion provides listing with bio on the ICF webpage and can include acknowledgment as the named ICF for approved Theme / Topic events on the ISGO™ catalog. ICM completion provides access to schedule, setup, and provide online technical support for ISGO events.

For most ISGO events there will be an ICF/ICM team to provide guidance for the group/audience interaction. This ICF/ICM team maintains the mission/topic and technical/customer service viewpoints for a scheduled event. The ICF/ICM roles must back each other up for quality assurance of event continuity and contingencies.
